I started my career as a Personal Trainer in 2015. Initially skeptical about doing it full time, I used to juggle holding an executive position and training clients before and after work. Shortly after realizing that the fitness industry was something that I good at and had a calling for, I decided to pursue it full time. I work for multiple gyms at a freelance basis and have my own direct clients.
Having been through several ups and downs in this business, I have had a wonderful opportunity in working with people of different background and fitness goals. People of different age groups and personality types.

- Youth preparing for fitness tests
- Working professionals with busy schedules
- Mothers juggling several responsibilities
- Post musculoskeletal injury/ Rehabilitative training
- Post and prenatal training
- Weight gain due to medical conditions/ medication
