I started training at 17 years old. I played volleyball and field hockey for my school team as a youth. That was when I started going to the gym to do weight training three times a week. After graduation, I progressed to play field hockey at a Club level representing Singapore in several competitions as a midfielder.
I started Western Boxing in late 2008/ 2009 and soon after developed interests in Muay Thai, Dutch style kickboxing and Taekwando. Currently I am training in Singapore and Thailand at a competitive level, always hungry to compete in martial arts.
Also, with interests in weightlifting, I picked up Olympic Lifting to supplement my strength regime and improve athletic performance.
