My Philosophy
The goal is at attain Consistency. I do that with my clients by gradually altering their lifestyle, giving them tips and guidance that will get them results. Success rates are higher when clients train one on one with a personal trainer with a good skill set. With consistency most clients see results within 2-6 months. Some experience results in just 2 personal training sessions with a big decrease in joint pain.
As a trainer, I do not force clients to commit to more sessions per week than they are able to. This only only creates a yoyo effect when it comes to achieving results that will last. It is not difficult to lose weight. But it is difficult to keep it off and maintain it. With my help, a lot of my clients are able stay active and play their favorite sport without injuring themselves. My training programs are customized according to age, gender, fitness background and time available. Hence, they can easily be blended into each individual's lifestyle.
